Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed day out. Join us on May 9th or 16th from 11 AM to 3 PM for the Mama Needs a Mimosa Sip & Shop Shuttle. It’s a simple, fun way to spend time with your friends or treat your mom to something special. The day starts at Public House with brunch and mimosas. After that, the West Texas Wheels shuttle takes you to some of Amarillo’s favorite shopping spots, including Historic 6th Street and CB Boutique. Riders receive a 10% discount and complimentary snacks at CB Boutique. Tickets are $30. Save your seat and enjoy a Mother’s Day outing that feels easy, social, and enjoyable.

Cancellation Policy
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between West Texas Wheels Shuttle Service ("Service Provider") and the undersigned renter ("Renter") for the rental of a shuttle, other vehicle, or seat on the shuttle. By renting the vehicle, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Reservation and Notice Requirements The Renter must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any rental booking or changes, including modifications to times, dates, or vehicle specifications. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the rental will incur fees based on service availability and rental duration. 2. Cleaning Fees The Renter agrees to a $200 cleaning fee if the vehicle is left excessively dirty, including trash or bodily expulsions inside or around the vehicle. The Renter is responsible for cleaning up food or drink spills and trash during or after the rental. Failure to do so will result in the cleaning fee. 3. Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside or around the shuttle bus. If the Renter or passengers smoke in or around the vehicle, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged, and the rental may be terminated immediately with no refund. 4. Food and Drink The Renter is allowed to bring food and drinks onto the shuttle, provided they clean up any spills or trash during or after the rental. Any uncleaned spills or remaining food or drink debris after the rental will result in a cleaning fee. 5. Aggressive Behavior Aggressive behavior (e.g., yelling, physical altercations, verbal abuse) is not tolerated. Any actions that threaten the safety or well-being of passengers or the driver may result in the immediate removal of the Renter and guests from the vehicle without refund. 6. Responsibility for Damage The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. This includes physical damage, theft, or vandalism. 7. Rental Duration and Late Fees The rental period begins and ends as specified in the reservation. We allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time, subject to the driver's discretion. If the renter has not arrived within this window, the rental may be canceled without a refund. Extended rental times will incur a fee of $200 per additional hour. 8. Liability The Renter is responsible for the safety and behavior of their guests. The Service Provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during the rental.
